The Z-Elevator, also known as a Z-Type Bucket Elevator, is an efficient vertical material conveying system designed to transport bulk or granulated products like snacks, grains, spices, seeds, sugar, chemicals, pulses, powders, and more. This system uses a series of attached buckets to move products from a lower point to one or more elevated discharge points, with minimal spillage and maximum output efficiency.
The elevator is available in Single Droppage, Two Droppage, Three Droppage, and Four Droppage configurations, allowing the user to direct the material to one or multiple discharge points — perfect for feeding multiple machines, batch filling, or blending lines from a single source.
Built with food-grade SS304 or MS powder-coated body, the Z-Elevator is dust-free, low-maintenance, and designed for long-term, heavy-duty industrial use. It ensures silent operation, minimal product damage, and accurate discharge control.
