Installed near the cylinder or actuator, this valve provides a fast exhaust path, bypassing the main directional control valve, thereby enabling quicker retraction or extension.

The valve opens when air pressure from the cylinder port pushes the diaphragm or poppet off its seat, allowing instantaneous release of back pressure through a large exhaust port.

The QV/SE valve is available in various thread sizes from 1/8” to 1”, with BSP or NPT connections, and supports operating pressures up to 10 bar. It features low cracking pressure, high flow Cv values, and is compatible with all standard pneumatic cylinders, clamping devices, and air actuators.
